As a Junior Sales Manager you will support the Sales Manager with the management of an excellent day to day business and sales activity as well as the fulfillment of the campaign goals!
If you are an outgoing person and you are good at dealing with customers – then this could be your opportunity!

 

Your role highlights – your responsibilities

  • You will be involved in client management, monitoring the daily forecast/budget, support the implementation of the client strategy and assure the fulfilment of agreed sales programs
  • You will manage daily sales operation, managing sales orders, the weekly assortment, price agreements, weekly preparation of promotions etc.
  • You will manage day to day incidents, like claims in general, come up with proposals for any incident along the value chain, improve claim rate, manage refused goods, etc.
  • You will support the continuous improvement to achieve processes running of smoothly daily operations
  • You will support the Sales Manager during customer visits and the corresponding preparation when needed
  • You will strengthen our customer relationship in the day-to-day business guaranteeing an excellent service

Requisitos

  • You have higher studies in wholesale and foreign trade merchant. Ideally, studies in economics, business administration or similar
  • You are fluent in Spanish, German and English
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the fresh produce sector, Fruits & Vegetables
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • You have outstanding skills regarding organization and the management of numbers
  • You are a sales talent and passionate about negotiation and maintaining a close relationship with clients
  • You feel identified by being a a team player, responsible, proactive, ambitious, result-oriented, and able to adapt easily to different situation
