Join our Quality & Sustainability Team!

Our Quality & Sustainability Department ensures that SanLucar operates responsibly, efficiently, and in alignment with our ESG commitments. We work to integrate sustainable practices across all business areas, collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to meet our environmental and social standards, and drive continuous improvement throughout the value chain. By promoting high‑quality products, transparency, and responsible operations, the department plays a key role in shaping a more sustainable future for our company.

 

Your passion – our daily business

  • You will help design and implement sustainability strategies aligned with the company’s long‑term goals.
  • You will oversee key ESG projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met successfully.
  • You will ensure full compliance with environmental and sustainability regulations across the organization.
  • You will train and empower employees to adopt sustainable practices in their daily activities.
  • You will collaborate closely with multiple departments to embed sustainability into all business processes.
  • You will prepare progress reports and communicate sustainability results to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • You will continuously explore new opportunities, innovations, and technologies to enhance the company’s sustainability performance.
  • You will be responsible for sharing supplier self‑assessment questionnaires, evaluating them against our standards, and guiding suppliers through the required action plans.

Requirements

What you’ll bring along

  • Studies in CSR / ESG Management or a related sustainability field.
  • Strong language skills: fluent Spanish and a high level of English.
  • 2 - 4 years of technical experience in ESG/CSR roles.
  • Solid competencies in project management, analysis and evaluation, and effective communication.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work seamlessly across different departments.
  • High adaptability and flexibility to navigate change.
  • Alignment with SanLucar’s values and commitment to our culture.
