Job description

 

Your Mission:

As Event Coordinator you’ll be responsible for the planning, management and follow-up of our internal and external events! SanLucar is an international company and exhibitor on different fairs as Fruit Logistica in Berlin, Asia Fruit Logistica in Hong Kong and Fruit Attraction in Madrid to present us as a company and meet our partners (clients and suppliers).

Furthermore, the continuous communication and exchange with our clients is fundamental. That’s the reason we organize training trips for our clients with the aim to bring the Point of Sales to our fields and get familiar with our social projects, visiting our farms and partners.

Besides our external events you’ll be also responsible for the internal ones! This part is also very important for us as we transmit our vision, mission, values as well as strategy, and care for our corporate culture.

 

Your responsabilities:

  • Design, preparation, launch and organization of all kind of events
  • Evaluation and follow-up after the events to identify improvement areas
  • Communication with the stakeholders all over the world
  • Relationship Management with partners (news, gifts, etc.)
  • Up-date manuals and data basis
  • Manage any type of incidents
  • Control budgets and invoices

Requirements

 

Profile of the position:

  • Studies in Tourism, Event Management, Languages, Communication
  • Between 2-5 years of experience in Tourism, Hotel or Catering Industry, as Event and / or Travel Agent
  • Very good knowledge of computer systems (MS Office and reservation tools)
  • Fluency in German, English and Spanish. Italian and French are a plus
  • Perfect attention to details, well organized, patient
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
  • Open-minded, friendly and service-orientated
