As a Procurement Manager, your mission is to drive revenue growth by expanding and retaining our client base across various fresh produce categories, both locally and internationally. You’ll be the key link between our products and the market, ensuring our offer meets the needs of our clients while staying ahead of industry trends.

 

What will you do? Your role highlights 

  • You will be conducting market analysis to identify untapped business opportunities.
  • You will be driving market share growth via strategies for market penetration and client base expansion.
  • You will be establishing effective communication with potential clients.
  • You will be providing exceptional customer service to foster long-lasting relationships, including managing SLAs.
  • You will be implementing strategies for client retention and repeat business.
  • You will be guiding new clients through the onboarding process.
  • You will be expanding the use of product features to increase revenue.
  • You will be monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • You will be using research findings to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies.
  • You will be delivering compelling sales presentations that demonstrate product value.
  • You will be addressing client needs and offering problem-solving solutions.
  • You will maintain a deep understanding of products, commodities, and varieties.
  • You will be tailoring solutions to meet individual client needs.
  • You will be collecting client feedback to enhance products or services.
  • You will be collaborating with product development and marketing teams to adapt strategies.
  • You will be monitoring SLA performance.
  • You will be monitoring credit notes, write-offs, and claim procedures.
  • You will be preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Requirements

Skills & Knowledge

  • You have an academic qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
  • You have experience in Leadership, Agricultural Economics, or Project Management.
  • You are fluent in English and other languages will be a plus
  • You have more than 10 years of experience in the agriculture industry in commercial, supply chain and management positions
  • You know our crops, specially table grapes.
  • You have excellent MS Office and Excel skills.
  • You have experience with relevant export systems.
  • You have leadership, organizational and mentoring skills.
  • You have a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and pay attention to detail.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • You have the ability to act as a change agent or catalyst for change.
