In compliance with Regulation on the protection of personal data, you are hereby informed that SANLUCAR FRUIT S.L. (hereinafter referred to as SANLUCAR) with registered address in Calle Serra Llarga 24, 46530 Puzol, Valencia, Spain, shall process the personal data provided by you, as well as the data you may provide during a personal interview, with the aim of managing your possible participation in the current recruitment processes and informing you of possible future recruitment processes which may be of your interest. You are also hereby informed that SANLUCAR reserves the right not to manage incomplete applications.

The data that you provide us is necessary for the management and processing of SANLUCAR recruitment processes and the fact of not providing them would imply the impossibility of being able to manage such recruitment processes. The treatment, therefore, is based on the legitimate interest of SANLUCAR to carry out the necessary procedures to be able to recruit the personnel. Therefore, we understand that, when submitting your CV, you consent and reasonably expect that your data is processed for these purposes, so we understand that it is in accordance with your interests and respectful of your rights.

You accept and consent that the data may be shared, for the same purpose as mentioned above, with the other companies of SANLUCAR Group, unless you expressly and in writing oppose thereto.

You ensure the truthfulness of the personal data provided to SANLUCAR and commit to the accuracy and veracity of the provided data, to keep it updated and to communicate any amendment thereof to SANLUCAR. In addition, SANLUCAR may regularly request you the review and update of the personal data in our records. Your data shall be kept during the necessary term to manage the recruitment processes in which you participate or may participate. The data processed with this aim shall be kept until you revoke your consent or for 24 months from its receipt in case you do not express your will for us to keep it.

You are also hereby informed of the possibility to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation and opposition. The interested parties may exercise those rights and the revocation of the consent that may have been granted, by writing to SAN LUCAR FRUIT SL, Calle Serra Llarga 24, 46530 Puzol, Valencia, Spain and Spanish Tax ID B96128590, or sending an e-mail to RGPD@sanlucar.com. We inform you that there are some samples for the exercise of these rights in the web site of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
